The role of Delegates
The ASC of NSW Next Generation is the youth extension of the Agricultural Societies Council, focused on engaging young people in agricultural shows across New South Wales.
Our mission is to support youth in this movement for its progression and continuity. As delegates, we facilitate youth engagement, provide a support network, and promote Australian agricultural industries through events.
Highlights from 2023/2024 include the increase in ‘Securing the Future of Ag Shows Youth Contribution Ribbon’ recipients, increased volunteer participation, and successful events like the Networking Night at Dubbo.
Regular meetings foster collaboration among delegates, enhancing our outreach and ensuring an inclusive environment for all members.
